I really like this for quick soups
I really like this miso powder for making a quick soup base. It can be added to hot water with tofu, veggies, anything you like. The flavor is good. I still use a little miso paste and bouillon powder to enhance the flavor. However this is great for on the go or make ahead applications. Even though it was a little pricey, I have found that it lasts a long time.

Bags Not Resealable
I really Love miso. This miso is Organic and very tasty and very good. My main comment is that is comes in bags that are NOT RESEALABLE so you have to transfer the miso to another container to save.
