I decided to purchase this prenatal vitamin based a great results over the years by personally taking Nature's way "alive multi". My wife has been taking this prenatal for past month and has had increased levels of energy and mental clarity. She also has a sensitive stomach and has not complained of any stomach issues. She always takes the prenatal with food and consumes up to 100 ounces of water everyday. I would recommend a clean/healthy eating regimen and exercise plan and adding extra folic acid in your diet.Bottom line is that Nature's way is a quality product and sell's at a great price on Amazon.

I'm vegetarian and need the extra B and vitamins I don't get from my diet and these are wonderful. They are the only pernatal vitamins that don't make me puke so there's a plus. They are a great multi vitamin for my needs due to their higher levels. I'm happy with my continued purchases of this item.

I took these the second I found I was pregnant the first time (2021). They have far better quantity and quality content than anything my OB office had suggested. We had a beautiful and perfect healthy baby boy who is still thriving to this day. I was considered a high risk pregnancy due to my age (38/39 at the time), but we had a perfect pregnancy and baby and I’m certain that these prenatal supplements had a huge part to play. I continued taking these through the nursing year and continued even after our son was weaned as I felt they were needed with our nutritionally depleted foods in America. Well, we’re pregnant again with surprise baby #2 (now I’m 41 😳)! And I don’t plan on changing my prenatal at all, these are tried and true after three years of taking them! I hope this company never alters or cheapens or omits from their prenatal formula because they’re perfect as is!

No stomach issues, can take with or without food. 4 capsules a day is not ideal but if thats what it takes to get the nutrients and not have an upset stomach I'm good with that.As others have noted they don't smell great but its easy to avoid by not purposely smelling the bottle and keeping the cap on.I have no issue with these and the price is really good.

I’m sure they work fine, but the taste and aftertaste are so bad that I couldn’t finish the bottle.

I have been taking these vitamins since before I became pregnant to help pepare my body. I am very happy with these pre-natal vitamins. I have a very sensitive stomach and I don't do well with vitamins because they easily upset my stomach and cause nausea. These vitamins, however, are gentle to my stomach and don't cause any nausea. I have taken them on an empty stomach (when I was a big hurry in the morning) and they still didn't upset me. Now that I am 24 weeks pregnant, I have continued taking them and I haven't had any nausea nor an upset stomach. I highly recommend these vitamins to anyone who is preparing to become pregnant and to any mom who is already pregnant.
