Works great
We were able to set this up with both of our Windows laptops. It just barely fits on my husband's laptop but fits just fine on mine. The instructions were pretty unhelpful in figuring out which cords were needed and where to get it to work. And initially we couldn't figure it out on my husband's laptop. But in the end we didn't use either C cord and used the HDMI and USB cords to get it running. I do wish the screen cold angle "open" a bit more, so that the angle of the two screens could *decrease* a bit, but it works well as is. Screen quality seems to be pretty solid too.

Stopped working after 7 months. 1 year warranty is a Farce
Stopped working after 7 months. When I bought this item it was $140. I contacted the manufacturer when both USB-C ports stopped working. They emailed me back asking for pictures of how I connect the monitor to my laptop. After I sent the pics, I never heard from them again.
