I have Severe Sleep Apnea (Dr diagnosed) and my Bi-Pap machine doesn’t give me any help but after trying 15 drops a couple times a day I’ve noticed that I don’t wake up in middle of my sleep period (I can’t give a specific time because it’s never the same) so when I do finally fall asleep I’ve noticed a difference for the better.Not much but if I can get my hours aligned and take my drops twice a day as prescribed, every day not just some days I know that I will get the full effect.What I do know is my room is cleaner, I’m cooking a good lunch and dinner for my family and I’m keeping my appointments with my doctor and family.I’m pretty sure I’m not depressed I just need more energy that I can’t find in food, pills, sometimes exercise and meditation. Except Prayer that helps me a lot too.I give four stars but will edit if I keep getting more positive results.I add my 15 drops to my two inches of water I have ready first thing in the morning It sounds like a lot of, 15 drops but it’s not. Add to any drink the directions say but I keep it simple and since I drink water first thing in the morning to help my kidneys get a healthy jump start. You will not get any instant effect because it’s not a drug or magic potion. All I know is slowly but surely I am getting out of my lazy miserable rut and that has to be a good thing.I wish you all great health and happiness.

I am always honest so I have to be I am sorry I was sadly disappointed liquid oxygen is supposed to be kept cold Tobe Good it was in transit 2 weeks about and very hot so it was no good upon arrival second I could drink it pure due to it being exposed to heat and the % I'm used to liquid oxygen I can drop a drop on the floor or my son and it should burn this one didn't so it's lost any benefits from consuming sorry. But I opened it so I didn't try to return it.
