I’m really impressed with this water dispenser. It combines hot water, cold water, and an ice maker in one compact unit, which is extremely convenient for everyday use. The ice-making function is a big plus—it’s great having fresh ice available without needing a separate ice maker. I liked the product. The only thing was it was loud when making ice. Then it started making a horrible noise when it would make ice. After only 3weeks. Customer service was really great. That is why I gave it a 3 star. Helpful but I finally returned it.
