Dried organic blueberries from Lemberona The dried blueberries come from both EU and non-EU countries such as Bulgaria, Bosnia and Ukraine. The wild-picked berries are harvested by hand from areas with organic standards and carefully cleaned to preserve their full aroma and structure. In Austria we check the quality of the blueberries ourselves several times. Thanks to modern pressure disinfestation and laser cleaning technology, we can guarantee their purity and freedom from pests even without the use of chemicals. The blueberries from wild collection are slightly smaller than the average blueberries, but have a more intense taste. Outside and inside, the berries are dark blue and the outer skin shimmers purple. Their taste is sweet and sour and they have an intense blueberry taste. They are soft in consistency, comparable to other small berries.
