Great serving spoon for wet ingredients!
I have the regular Kunz spoon, I realized that I would like to have a version were I could drain the food a bit as I dished it out. I just used it to remove some oil from a marinated vegetable mix I have. It is perfect when you want more of the food and less of the sauce.One thing in general, is that I have heard about the Kunz spoon for a while from chefs I have watched on video. I didn't realize how large it was until it arrived. It is a serving spoon which is great as I didn't have enough. I am really happy with the Kunz spoon, it is a little pricy but it is very high quality.
