You must understand how this works before buying
Please understand what you are buying! there are reviews that say this has a terrible taste, however they are not diluting this as intended and just drinking it straight. You are suppose to add this to your water or juice. This is called remineralizing your water (in the case of RO systems or just wanting minerals that are depleted) *** Do not attempt to take this by itself. it is the equivalent of drinking ocean water *** ocean water is good for you overall, but please dilute 5-10 drops in at least 10 to 20 ounces of drinking water, and please remember you do not need to put your entire daily serving size (40 drops or so) in ONE glass of water - YOU MUST spread out the DAILY serving drops over the course of your drinking water throughout the day and you will feel amazing! And your cleansing organs will thank you later for it

This magnesium works
I have tried so many different kinds and forms of magnesium, trying to find one that works and I keep coming back to this. I take it at night as it certainly helps with sleep, but it also helps with muscle cramps and keeps my magnesium levels in normal range. It tastes horrible, there is no way around that. However, I have found lemon lime Gatorade can almost completely mask the taste and oddly, the fruit punch flavor works pretty well too. Any lemon or lime flavored drink helps quite a bit, but because sports drinks are already formulated to mask the taste of their mineral ingredients, they work best. I recommend giving this magnesium a try if you are struggling with deficiency, it certainly did the trick for me.
