This item came folded and taped so I was not sure if it was used and if I would send it back. Upon further review, the inside bag was sealed and it was all good. I tried the tea and I thought it was a pleasant, calming feel. No bad taste or anything, not much of a taste so I can't really describe the taste. I can't say how effective it is as of yet but it was quite nice.

This fenugreek tea is very mild, so if you are looking for a strong flavor this may not be the right choice for you. My purpose in drinking this tea was to test the claim that fenugreek may help lower A1C levels. In my case it seemed to work. I drank one cup a night for about six weeks prior to my A1C test . The test results were significantly lower than previous tests. I had already been limiting sugar in my diet, but this alone didn't seem to have much impact for me.
