I have small ears, and I typically find that 36mm bars will hurt after extended wear/sleeping in them, but 38mm bars are too long and dig into the side of my head/catch on my pillowcase. The chains are FANTASTIC- the look is nice, the color hasn't worn off like some cheaper metals, and they're very easy to put in. They're the most comfortable barbells I own hands down.

I’ve had issues with my piercings rejecting cheaper jewelry but it’s been in for a month and I’ve had zero issues! They’re all so cute and so easy to put in. I don’t even notice it there most of the time.

They look good once in. They are on that note very difficult to get in, the bar that goes through the actual hole is too short and makes it very difficult to put on. So if you are someone who like to change it up on the regular this would be kind of difficult to do.
