It Really Works
Ok, so I have been taking this supplement for a very long time (years). I take 3 capsules a day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). I was convinced it was a placebo so I removed it for about 8 days. And I noticed that my hunger became elevated for almost that entire time span. I remembered that this supplement was the only thing I changed, so I immediately went back on it (lunch and dinner of that day). By the next day, my hunger was greatly reduced. I am no longer convinced this is a placebo. Something with this supplement makes a difference in my hunger and full receptors. I will be keeping it as part of my daily supplement regimen.

Just what we needed!
We were looking for a good Apple Cider Vinegar tablet that was easy to swallow, did not cause extra burping (gas escapes) and were cost-efficient. Technically a daily supply is 2 tablets per day, but my husband and I are taking these for preventative measures. My husband is notorious for passing stones, but since we have started taking the Apple Cider Vinegar pills, this has not happened. (Knock on wood). There is no aftertaste and it the pill does not bother my stomach. The size is easy to swallow and I appreciate the fact that it is in a gel cap because I know it won't just sit in my stomach and fester. Also, something to note is that this pill has Mother in it. I'm not sure what it is, but it Mother is included in the BEST quality Apple Cider Vinegars to help with stone prevention and other health benefits. We have had no problems.

They taste kinda bad.
The capsules don't taste very good. They turn a bit slimey in your mouth and they have a lingering aftertaste. It's not that bad but it's noticeable. Aparently it's made from cotton cellulose and tree pulp so the claim of non GMO is probably false given that 95% of cotton is GMO.
