Terrible customer service
The product itself is amazing, what I cannot say about my experience with the seller.I received one figure that was missing an accessory. And it took me around a months of emailing PopMart UK because their email was attached to this product. However, they informed me that they are not responsible for Amazon PopMart products. So they redirected me to the actual seller and it took another 2-3 weeks or so to respond. I had some hope and I send my order number the same day they answered my email and I haven't heard from them since.I received it in August, it's December now, no one contacted me since and no one cared to solve my issue either. Incredibly disappointed because the figures are genuine gorgeous.

Gorgeous set, poor customer service
An extremely gorgeous set, my favourite Skull Panda series of all time. Unfortunately, I had an issue with the Carousel Lantern figure not working whatsoever and had a severe lack of help from customer service, which is a huge shame. Luckily I didn’t pay full price for this set so I’m happy I got a good deal on this set.
