I wasn't expecting to find two pairs of waterproof earplugs as well as the headbands.The headbands are adjustable to make sure they fit whatever the size of the head is.Soft and comfortable, suitable for different water activities like surfing, diving, swimming, or showering.I found them beneficial for my son that has grommets (ear tubes) to prevent water from entering the ear canal.They help keeping effectively water out of the ears, however I usually put ear plugs and protective dressings as well as the headbands to have that extra protection.At £12.97, those swimming headbands and plugs are good value for money.Recommended.
