I bought this for my 13yr old son, and he is over the moon with it. I honestly expected it to be pretty cheap and flimsy for the price point but its not! in fact when it arrived I was immediately impressed at the thickness of the charm itself and the sturdiness of the chain. My son is known for destroying small objects so I assumed it might last a month or so but he's been wearing it day and night now for 4 months and the chain is still intact and the charm looks like we bought it yesterday. Very good product!

I had a solid one, but it was heavy, and it also poked me in the chest really hard when I was doing things like putting a seatbelt on or zipping my jacket.This one is a hollow back which reduces the weight and makes it easy to put together with other charms, dog tags, and second chains. It also lays flat against the chest instead of prodding you.If you're buying this to wear as is, you might find the charm loop to be of lower quality than the chain and charm, however if you're buying it for the charm like I was, it's not actually a bad connector and can easily be swapped for a standard jump ring.The look goes great with a standard dog tag, and the weight is perfect for everyday wear.
