First aid in a jar
Had sudden onset knee pain, used this one evening, the next morning my knee was pain-free! I also keep white Tiger balm for headaches which is equally effective. Marked down on value for money only because I saw a larger jar in Poundland for a pound!

Seems to work on only some claims
At least for me it takes a good amount to get it to work noticeably in any way whatsoever which is a bit of a problem considering how small the container is. It seems to pull double duty as muscle pain relief and as an alternative vicks vapor rub. For me it makes a very unimpressive tingle and instead of warmth after a few minutes I got a cold sensation. Later it felt warm again but honestly I can't quite tell it seemed to alternate between the two in a confusing manner. It did seem to mitigate some pain sensations with its sensations it also worked well on clearing your breath if you have a stuffy nose. Oh and it turns you yellow. Not the best product and a tad expensive considering the size. It did seem to gain effectiveness over time so my tip would be to scoop and slather on as a test and wait a while. If you use a thin layer it will do nothing.

I have always liked this product especially in winter when you have a cold to help you to breath and also to ward off mosquitos when on holiday

I have severe arthritis and Tiger Balm is wonderful for pain relieve , fair enough it stinks but who cares it works.
