Crayola Spin & Spiral Art Station, Spin Art Machine, Arts & Crafts for Kids Ages 6, 7, 8, 9

This keeps the kids happy for hours. It’s easy to operate. No batteries! They love the mixed media application. They work together to create the artwork: one pushes the button to spin while the other drops ink or doodles with markers. The ink was so vibrant and awesome while it lasted - which was longer than I expected. They are very small bottles of ink but they last and make many pictures. We have used regular printing paper and construction paper to refill the circle papers. Cardstock is what the originals are. I recommend it

It turned out to be a fantastic little thing. My 4-year-old son plays with it every single day now. I honestly thought he’d be the one spinning and drawing, but in reality, I’m the one spinning—and he’s the one drawing! I’d love to draw too, but they won’t let me. Still, that’s okay. The main thing is that it’s genuinely engaging. As for downsides: you have to buy new paints fairly quickly, and there aren’t many slots for them—so if you get a nice big set, there’s nowhere to put it.

This was a great little craft kit for the kids, they loved it. They are younger than 6, and it was still easy for them to learn to use and play with.

Great gift. My kids played with Thai for hours! No batteries required. I do need to order or make more paper because they went through it pretty quick

Gave this to my 6 year old grandson and not only does he love it but the whole family including mom and dad have enjoyed it.

The main reason for buying this Crayola product was its Spiral Art attachment. My child loves working with Spirograph-style art, and this station looked like a good option for the job. The design makes you believe you can create nice patterns with different stencils with little effort. Unfortunately, the plastic slots that are supposed to hold the paper circle are elevated too high above the surface of the base plate, and the stencil gears keep getting caught on them. This ruins the design and quickly leads to a frustrated child. I attached photos to show the issue more clearly. The spinning art feature works fine, the ink colors are great, and the markers hold in place reasonably well too. This product has a good design as a spinning art station, but a very poor design for Spirograph-style art. Three stars from me. The product does not fully deliver what it promises.

An absolute hit for my nieces. They used all the ink on day 2 because they loved it so much.

Arrived quickly, price was great, however the spiral art was extremely difficult and frustrating for my 5 & 7 year old. The spin art was easy and fun for them.
