Excellent travel bag!!
I purchased this for both a flight and a week-long road trip so that I could bring my dog with me into grocery stores or shops if I needed to stop during the trip and not worry about leaving her alone in the car or inconveniencing any customers or store employees. Well, this thing was worth EVERY cent!!! It's roomy, sturdy and collapsible for easy storage! It's also flight approved! When sitting up, the bag is tall, but for the flight itself, i just carefully laid it it horizontally so it was long instead and placed a soft blanket under my dog so she was super comfy the whole flight! The bag is roomy but also be wary of your dog's dimensions! I measured mine so i knew she'd fit just fine. My dog is a 12 lb chihuahua/whippet mix so she's about the size of a housecat, but she's also pretty long (pic included for reference). She would just lay or curl up in the bag when I'd put her in. She showed no signs of distress or discomfort. The backpack was excellent also for weight distribution, unlike most dog duffels. I experienced no breakage, dipping or bending of the 'floor' of the bag, which was my main concern.10/10 would absolutely recommend this brand!!

Great little bag. Perfect for my kitten, worry she may out grow it
It’s a well made bag. Would love for it to be a little sturdier without both sides zipped closed, but otherwise it’s holding up really well.I’ve gotten my kitten acclimated to it by making it her home when we’re not moving about. She now runs to it when she’s scared, or crawls in when she wants a nap. It’s not as comfortable to wear as one of my actual hiking backpacks, but this carries a cat so a big different ergonomics. Right now I have a large blanket inside to give my kitten the height she needs to see out. Once she’s bigger it won’t be as much of a problem, though it’s be nice if she could see out from a laying position as well.Haven’t taken it on long hikes yet because she’s still too small to properly fit her harness, and as such I only take her out when she has room to room but no where I hide or get hurt. Otherwise it’s her home when I’m travelling (which is a lot) or when I’m out for a short walk around the neighbourhood. So far, she’s been loving it and it’s been easy on my back. The belt strap could use some legit padding though. Right now it’s just a strap that digs into your skin. Hopefully when my kitten is bigger, I can get her one of the Lyra Cat bags that are better suited for actual hiking. This one is better for short trips but also being a suitable cat carrier for going from place to place, or to the vet.

Great value.
This works surprisingly well! I have a small cat/kitten, but I think that a larger cat could be a little crowded. I like that the zippers click together so that it takes a human to open it up! (My cat has managed to unzip other carriers by pawing at the zipper).

Well designed and fit perfectly on my flight (Alaska Air)
I am in the process of moving across the country, and decided last minute to fly with my big cat rather thantake him in the moving van, to shorten his suffering. He is a big 11lb 14year old Maine Coon who is all bone and muscle- he has always been active and run thin.I picked this backpack because it seemed big enough for him to sit up if it was upright and stretch out a little when it was under the seat. He is nervous about new situations and loud noises and people, so I was worried about the flight. The bag came in what seemed like a tiny package, then unfolded and seemed impossibly large to fir under the seat, but it measured within the Alaska Air specified size, so I crossed my fingers, gave the cat a (vet prescribed) sedative, put him in the carrier, and headed to the airport. It wasn't hard to get him into the backpack. In spite of being soft sided, all the edges are stiff so it holds its shape well and I could put him in from the side with it standing up and quickly zip it closed. The zippers are all double-ended and have secure clips to keep them from unzipping, so when he scratched at them they slid on the tracks but didn't open at all.He was also reasonably comfortable in the bag once he resigned himself to his fate-- much more so than in his usual hard sided go-to the-vet carrier. When it was upright the bottom of the carrier was big enough that he could lie down snugly in the bottom and sleep, and after some protest that was what he did while we were walking through the airport and then waiting to board. When we got onto the plane the carrier slid right in place under the seat without collapsing. Mickey complained about the change of orientation but quickly settled and slept through most of the flight, only fussing when there was turbulence. The thing that surprised me most was that when we got to my new place I put the carrier on the floor and unzipped it for him, and it became his safe "cave" where he retreated and slept for the first couple days. This was completely unlike his attitude towards his hard-sided carrier, which gets peed on if I leave it out!My big, crotchety, old cat gives this carrier five stars. I couldn't be more satisfied with the purchase.

Even my vet loved it
It is sturdy. Did not collapse. And when I took one of my cats for a check up the vet put it on her back and walked around with my cat. She loved it too.

Well made, beautiful, perfect for my 10# cat
My 10# cat looked comfy & cozy in this carrier going to the vet. It can be carried in the front (my preference), carried with one hand or on the shoulder. Very well made with three zippered openings. Thoughtfully screened upper parts. It also came with a water/food dish. WOW! You can tell this was made by awesome, loving pet owners. Thank you!

Great backpack - as advertised
I ordered this to transport my 3 year old cat when we move overseas. He is not particularly big or small, around 5 kg and it's definitely spacious enough for him to sit upright or lay down although he'd be a bit too long to stand on all 4 legs. The trip won't be longer than 12 hours and he will be able to get out of it for an hour or so in the middle to stretch his legs. The bag seems good quality on first inspection and comes exactly as advertised, including the colour, which is the exact shade shown on the listing (the lighter blue solid colour option). I would only say that it does look a bit flatter and not as plump as the pictures and the colour is not as matte as in the pictures due to it being a waterproof fabric. This doesn't really make any difference and it still looks good. It seems sturdy and the mesh feels very strong. It also has a leash inside, which is practical, although I will only leave that on him when he's supervised as it's quite long and not adjustable. It needs to be that long to allow the pet to both stand and lay down but could be a hazard if they freak out and wrap themselves in it.We haven't tried it out yet as it just arrived, but I will update this review with more details as we go.

Not fit for purpose. Falls in on the cat
I had wanted this for ages and after looking at them on insta. Thought this to be the best. I was wrong. When the cat is in it the base drops low and top falls in. Not fit for purpose. It has no support.

Fits a 7kg dog comfortably - with great ventilation
Good quality product that I can use to put my dog in and take into shops: she doesn't get stressed or overheat, and can see what's going on around her.Comfortable to wear. The only minor criticism is that the clasp for securing the dog's harness could be a bit bigger - fiddly to use

Large scaredy-cat
Very easy to get my large cat in who is very nervous. He feels safe & happy to sit in it.He got nervous & peed in it & we managed to wash the whole bag, no smell left, & ready to use again.

This backpack doesn't hold the frame, and it folds onto the cat's face :(
We went on our first walk and it is very disappointing that this backpack doesn't hold the frame while walking. It looks great when it just stands on its own, however, the top starts folding when the cat is inside and this makes the backpack almost two times smaller; and the cat's head keeps hitting the front mesh as we walk. Note that our cat is pretty small (2.5kg). We tried straightening it out but it just bends with the weight inside; this is very unfortunate as it is not a cheap backpack and we were excited to have a good quality backpack like it is on the pictures. However, the material and zips are good quality and the backpack looks stylish.
