Great pants for any occupation or occasion.
These have unequivocally become my favorite pants. They can be worn dressed up or casual, for work or a night on the town. The description is incorrect and they are a combination of polyester, cotton and spandex. I purchased my pants from Grivet. They have the best customer service I have ever experienced. They respond immediately with any questions and provide any answers quickly . Dickies offers an incredible warranty on All of their products after the Amazon return window has expired. So donโt worry if you have zipper or any other problems. They will make it right and do so easily. I suggest you size up 1 size . They sit slightly below the waist. The darker colors may seem tight at first but that is because of the color. Darker colors are stiff from the dye process. I have found after several washes, they loosen up quite a bit. I have only put them in the dryer on low or air dried. The value is incredible and fit is extremely comfortable. The quality is great, soft, comfortable, functional, and durable.,These are skinny straight pants but not too skinny with plenty of flex and room. Last purchase was the olive green and they fit perfectly even after washing. If you are looking for pants without a high waist, I highly recommend these. I skate, bike , and wear them out casually. The pocket for a phone or wallet is convenient and easy to access. Overall, I have to give them 5 stars. Amazon shipped them quickly, Grivet has great customer service, and Dickies backs all of their products with their warranty. I am pleased with the 3 pairs I purchased and plan to purchase other colors.

Size up 1 for the waist
DO NOT PUT THESE IN THE DRYER! Honestly if you want them to last longer you should just hang them up to dry anyways but, if you must put them in the dryer do it on a low heat tumble.of 20 minute cycles. Definitely size up not sure they usually run true to size but I'm a 30 x 30 for a long time.. and these just don't fit .. not a fit acceptable and comfortable to work in atleast. Honestly you get free returns and or exchanges on Amazon so I'd say size up 1 for the waist and if it's not right you can return it ... But my experience and word of advice is to size up 1 for the waist length on is on point. Great pants though. Great solid brand. Great for construction and maintenance work .

Well made, comfortable, sturdy BUT SHRINKS TOO MUCH
Very satisfied with the sturdy build, fit, quality, construction of these work pants. But they shrink too much, and I can no longer use them. Super comfortable all-season work pants (I used them for yard work and DIY house projects). Double layered knee and overall fabric held up awesome with lots of scraping and bending. Great slim fit that wasnโt too constricting. But ultimately I had to give them up because after a season of washing they got too small. And no (haha), I havenโt gained weight or girth during that time period.

Hmmm
I bought these pants a size up as I wanted a bit more room throughout the leg. I've had them for about a month and a half they've been good so far. My only issue is the belt loops are a bit tight with my standard size belt, but I make it work. When I received them, I was a bit nervous as the pockets were really stiff and rough, but after a wash and some wear they softened and are comfortable. The double knee has been nice. I'll keep you posted on how long they last me at work (warehouse). Update after 3 months of use: These pants are holding up physically okay, but they look pretty rough. Prior to wearing these I typically worked in black denim. My jeans wore out in the knee after about eight months (heavier weight denim) and faded a bit in the knees and where my phone sits in my pocket... in these pants the same thing happened in about a third of the time. These faded really quickly and have started to feel pretty thin where my phone sits on my leg (there is an entire whitening rectangle where my phone is). These pants are holding up pretty well in the double knee as they havent torn but Id expect only another couple months before they do. Even though they have no holes, they don't look very professional which is also necessary in my server/barista/sales floor jobs. These are great for skating, days off, or even work around the yard because theyre super comfortable, but if youre looking for a business casual/durable pant I would look elsewhere. These simply fade too quickly even when machine dryed infrequently.

Great brand. Love the material. Waist size is good. High quality material. Wish the khaki color wasnโt so expensive

Dickies Work Pants? More Like Put Me To Work In The Club Sheer Tights.
What a disappointment. What happened to the Dickies quality? I know they have always been the more economical brand compared to Carhartt but this is not even close to the dickies I grew up with. I'm fine with the skinny straight being in style but these are almost purely skinny with little straightening out. In fact they look like baseball pants with the little bit taper along with how see through these are! If you want everyone to have a good look at what brand and style of undies your wearing or not wearing well then you are in luck! It's almost laughable that a thong or jock strap are probably your best options for wearing these without someone seeing through. The only problem then is when you stretch down and someone getting a look at the whale tail you'll inevitably be rocking. It's almost like the perceived comfort and softness is just code for cheap thin fabric with the double knees adding no additional support on-top of the fact that they are sown end to end so they dont allow for padding. Add to that with even sizing up 4x my normal work pant to compensate for the skinny style they still just stretch over and shape me like I'm wearing tights! Its almost like these are part of the same run of baseball pants everyone was complaining about being see through under the big lights but all you have to do is step outside if you want someone to know your business.

seem to fit ok, but design choices are a bit odd
UPDATE 2/3/26: The first layer of one knee blew out in 4 months with occasional use, and really ripped today. figures. lame, and my cat is pissed about it first off, I was just looking for a work pant with reinforced knees. found these and was worried about the "skinny" fit thing. (psst Dickies, *skinny* jeans have been out of style for a few years now) now what I do like are more slim/straight fitting pants, like levis 513/514 but all the carhartt and dickies are MASSIVE on me in a regular fit pant, forget about the "relaxed fit" stuff. I lived through the 90s although it was fun and I cant remember much, big baggy pants are not the vibe for me anymore, sorry kids I know its all the rage rn. I just want pants I can work in without blowing the knees out in a few month & that don't make me look like I'm gliding across the floor when I walk. These ended up fitting fine and I don't feel to weird, but we shall see about the sudden shrinking issue others have mentioned. sounds like some people for got to dry them on low tbh. I will update when the knees blow out Also the "multi use cell phone pocket" is useless for me. I bought the 32w30l pants. I would normally wear a 32/29 but they don't have that size. not sure if its because of my height (5' 9") but the pocket is DIRECTLY at the bend of my knee on the side of my right leg. so unless I pull these pants up to my nipples, putting anything in that pocket unless you plan on standing still is a no go. The odd Dickeys logo placement constantly makes me think I have spilled something on my pants throughout the day. why are you advertising to my other inner thigh? None of the display pictures show the logo in this area. Makes me belive that quality control is prob not the best...like most things these days The tags are annoying and too damn long, so long they got in the way of buttoning the pants. off they went The black color is a magnet for anything not black

The perfect work pant for the bigger guy
Not normally one to leave reviews but a mixed bag of comments on these so thought I'd leave something for us bigger guys. I'm a lorry driver 6'2 18 stone, 38 inch waist in most brands, solid built. Ordered these in a 40 waist, slightly big on the waist but room to move and also allow for shrinkage. These fit like a nice slim fit Jean not skinny at all, so I'm guessing the people complaining about them being skin tight are the ones buying them in 30 inch waist. I am up and down my cab and platform all day no problems. Look decent enough that I can take the steelies and hi vis off and go straight out when I clock off without looking like I'm still in my work gear. Standard dickies quality built to last.
