I’ve been drinking this XTEND Sport BCAA powder, and it’s been a solid addition to my routine. The blue raspberry flavor tastes good and is easy to drink—not too strong or overly sweet. It also has a pleasant smell, which makes it more enjoyable overall. It mixes well in water and stays smooth without any grit. I like having it during or after workouts, and I’ve noticed it helps with muscle soreness and recovery. It also makes it easier to stay hydrated, and one serving lasts me through my workout without needing to mix more. Overall, a good-tasting, easy-to-drink BCAA that I actually enjoy using.

There is a slight aftertaste, but that’s to be expected from BCAA’s. These are definitely one of the best tasting I’ve had thus far in my workout career.

I like the taste and the electrolytes seem to be doing their job. However, what I do not understand is the fact that the receptacle is twice as big as needed. When I opened it, the level of the product is literally at the half of the receptacle. Is this for marketing purposes, so people see it on the shelf and think they get more than they actually get? Not sure. What I know is that everybody is talking about being environmentally conscious, and this box uses way more plastic than needed. You should make the box smaller, and take pride in your product being more environmentally friendly.

AMAZING. I tend to get severe DOMS, horrible (almost debilitating) pain starting about 24 hours after working out and lasting for DAYS. I have tried electrolytes, more protein, massaging, ibuprofen - all before during and after working out. Sometimes these did help, but most times it did not. I would start to feel the dreaded pain begin 24 hours later - and last for up to three days. I figured I would give this a try - and. It. Worked. I drank a serving during my workout, and a serving after my workout. It was a workout that definitely would have given me DOMS. I could do nothing but wait. 24 hours - nothing. 48 hours - nothing. 72 hours - nothing. I am beyond impressed and so THANKFUL! If you tend to get DOMS, and are thinking of trying this - TRY IT! it might work for you like it did for me. I cannot express how grateful I am for this product. Such a relief to know this works.

I actually like these. I have the blueberry one and most of these flavors are too sweet for me so I use half of the powder. I use half of a scoop for a 16 ounce bottle and it works for me. Then I just make sure to have another glass later in the day to have a full scoop if I want.

Good taste (icy blue raspberry). I use the voltrx and it mixes well. I get my second wind.

I previously tried the watermelon flavor, decided to switch it up and wow the blue raspberry is DELICIOUS! love all the health benefits too, I feel calmer when I drink it!
