I bought the chair, I live in UAE and the seating isn't working properly. The answer is : We are unable to ship replacement parts to UAE. Do not buy if in UAE.

Absolutely amazing.
Wasn't sure about this purchase at first but, this chair is amazing. Really helped my back and a great build quality. Love it and would buy it again if I had to swear by it now.

当方身長190cm、XLサイズですがそこまで大きすぎる感じはしません。限界まで下げれば普通のオフィスデスクでギリギリ収まるくらいの大きさです 座面、背面は結構固めです。付属のマグネットピローは取り付けられる範囲が結構狭いので注意 まず、箱がかなり大きいので気をつけましょう。二階まで一人で運ぶのは成人男性でも結構しんどいです。 組み立てサイズがかなり大きいので設置場所で組み立てることになりますが、広めのスペースを用意しておくことをオススメします 組立自体はそこまで難しくないと思います

Just what I wanted!
I’m a Batman fan, I needed a office chair that was ergonomic, but also stylish and adjustable, This fits the bill, the magnetic pillow is so great for adjusting it just right and Secretlab sells custom skin cover in case I ever wanted to switch the look up, it’s a bit firm probably for most peoples taste, but I wanted it for ergonomics and to adjust it to be comfortable

Really well built!
I've wanted a Secret Labs chair for awhile now and finally pulled the trigger and got my bat chair for my batcave. I was honestly surprised at how firm it was when I first got it, but now that I've used it for a few months I can honestly say I can't see how I've gone so long without it. It's made from high quality materials and is very sturdy. I work from home and I'm a hobby painter so I spend hours and hours each day sitting in this chair. It's helped with my back pain and I can literally sit in the chair from sun up to sun down and get up without being sore. I love it. Anyone who is on the fence, buy one! You'll be happy you did!
