Best pillow ever, better than the tempurpedic
This pillow left my neck angelic in one night. Fixed my neck ache. It's so nice when I wake up to sounds I fall right back asleep in such comfort. It's so supportive, but pretty squishy. It's like a squishy cloud. It's heaven!

Where have you been all my life?
A bit of background here, as I think it's relevant. Analytical review after:I have a minor medical condition which means if I run short of sleep for a bit, I risk having multiple days of down time to recover. I have the same responsibilities as most, keeping a career on track, keeping relationships healthy, and keeping myself in a good mindset as I navigate the seas of life.I'm a middle aged 6' 0" male, with wider shoulders than average. (No, I'm not saying this because I think I'm anything special. I just have naturally wide shoulders.) I'm a side sleeper, and have always battled keeping my neck aligned to avoid snoring, or awakening due to needing to reposition. I've been through all the sleep studies. Apnea, if present at all, is quite minor. In recent years, as I've learn more, I've gravitated to firmer, thicker pillows. Those with conventional designs helped, but didn't fully correct the sleep issues.Recently, I ordered an inexpensive contoured pillow, to test this sort of configuration. I was shocked how much this improved my sleep. My wife noted I snore less often, and am more difficult to rouse from a deep sleep. Good signs. The cheap pillow was beginning to soften a bit too much, and also was not quite tall enough. I used it with a very thin pillow underneath.Armed with all this information, I began to research premium pillows, looking for more height, and customer feedback indicating good durability. I tend to watch my budget, but I recognize the importance of good sleep, so I wasn't averse to investing a few hundred dollars if I felt it would improve my rest. I found Temper-Pedic was once considered the gold standard, but it appeared something has changed in their production process, with users noting newer pillows didn't match up to their older versions. In digging around, I found this Royal Therapy pillow. Because the max height was considerably more than the pillow I was replacing, I was concerned it may be TOO tall, so the ability to remove layers if needed was a good feature for me. I needn't have worried. This pillow feels like it was made specifically for me, though obviously it was not.I no longer need an extra pillow beneath. I do not snore when using this pillow. I do not toss and turn. If I had to nit pick, the memory foam can be just a tad warm at times, but nothing which seems to impair my sleep. After a week to allow the pillow to break in, it provides the exact same experience as it did the day it arrived. It supports the void between my shoulder and head, keeping my neck and spine aligned, while my head is comfortable. Nothing but sleep, blissful sleep, to allow my body to recover as needed from the daily trials and tribulations we all experience. If I could give this six stars I would, and unless something changes with my physiology or the manufacturing of this pillow, I know where I'll be procuring the replacement, when this one wears out. Great stuff, and a very happy camper here.

Honestly, itโs awesome. Get it!
I feel like the people who designed this pillow knew exactly what most side/back sleepers would want in a pillow. Itโs so comfortable, and I felt immediate relief from day one. It had minimal new chemical smell which dissipated quickly and itโs a great size.Update: almost 2 months later. I love this pillow so much I came back to update my review. My sleep has never been better, this pillow was designed perfectly. My sleep scores are consistently in the high 90s with this pillow. My daughter has requested I get her one too, because she thinks itโs so comfortable . Iโm so glad I found it and if needed, Iโll get it again.

Comfortable
This pillow was fine, but not as supportive as those I've purchased in the past

This pillow works well for me
So far, so good. I bought this pillow because I had stiffness on the right side of my neck. I did typically sleep with my head turned to the right when sleeping on my back. AI told me to sleep with my face pointing up when I'm on my back. It also suggest this Royal Therapy Memory Foam pillow. The front and back of this pillow are different heights. For my size (typical adult male), AI suggested that I sleep with my neck on the higher side (higher side to the front). But I never really got comfortable with the higher side. The lower side fits me perfectly. AI said that the memory foam was firm (which is what I want). When I first squished it in my hands, it felt softer than expected. But when I laid down on it, it did have the firmness that I wanted. I sleep great on this pillow regardless if I'm on my side or my back. This pillow replaced a name-brand pillow that had loose filling. I was always flipping that pillow over and around to find the highest filling. I don't have to do that with this Royal Therapy memory foam pillow. I ordered the queen size and it fits my queen size pillow cases fine. I like the looks of this pillow - it looks royal! I haven't gotten a stiff neck since I've been using this pillow.

The best pillow
This pillow is very nice. It offers great neck and head support. Itโs the perfect firmness. Not too soft not too hard. Itโs nice and cooling too. Itโs overall the best pillow I could ever have!

Itโs a brick
One month update- it is still a brick and causing a lot of additional pain for someone with chromic neck and shoulder pains. Will not be using againItโs been a few weeks and Iโm still trying to break it in. There are parts that are still extremely firm. Iโm hoping it will break in more and be a little softer. It is definitely a king sized pillow, I got the one without any contour. The quality of the pillow itself is good.

It really is all that and a slice of bread!
Not sure how to even write this. I have an old compression fracture (T7) that as I'm aging made itself known. The pain was so severe it took my breath away. After seeing an osteopath every month for a couple years (for their kind of gentle manipulation to keep me out of pain) I find out recently I have 2 discs in my neck that are 80 % gone. Not real pain, but discomfort all the time. Osteopath tried working on neck too but it didn't help.Enter online searches for understanding this kind of neck issue. I ran across a forum that mentioned this pillow and the number of folks that agreed was astounding. So, onto Amazon I go to find out from you folks - is it true? YES!!It IS all that and a slice of bread! From the first night, I slept all night for the first time in years. I woke with no neck pain. I don't use the middle section.I decided to give it a week. Aging bodies can sometimes take a few days to adjust.Well, I bought this 3 months ago, still use it nightly and most importantly - haven't had to go see the osteopath since I've owned this. After all this time, I just needed neck support when I sleep! My back pain is zero, as long as I'm keeping up with my strength excercises and using this pillow. My neck pain is zero, and I am also mindful of using this dumb computer and my neck angle, but nothing.I came on today to look at the travel version, since I never use the whole pillow I thought the smaller version would be better for me but wanted to take the time to share my story. Hope this helps someone else too. I do use a regular pillow case on it too, it's loose but I like my percale sheets. I've shared this pillow now with 3 different people.
