Pretty Good
Love it. This is our 3rd air fryer and is the best one. Easy to cook, clean & nice compact design looks pretty on the counter but big enough to accommodate 4 pork chops at a time. The glass basket, presets are something to get used to. Once figured out though, works perfectly and food comes out delicious. Price is also reasonable for a glass air fryer this size. Yes, I highly recommend this product to others.

If you want crispy food and easy to clean, try this product…
Really user-friendly it’s a nice solid basket. I was able to place a liner underneath the food rack to catch any stains. I placed a frozen burrito for 12 minutes halfway turned it cooked it nice and crunchy and the inside was beautifully cooked. I can’t wait to try it for wings and fries. what I really loved about it what it is chemical free it’s glass and at top metal it’s beautifully made highly recommend.

Great alternative to the cheap non stick brands
I bought this to get us through a kitchen renovation with no stove and it was a godsend. The glass basket was attractive because we needed something easy to clean (no kitchen sink or dishwasher) and we also wanted an alternative to non stick. Operation is pretty straightforward. It’s easy to cook air fryer-ready frozen foods, but I’ve made pork chops in them, and also grilled cheese sandwiches and tuna melts and they came out pretty good. Food comes out nice and crispy. I’ve even used it to reheat leftovers in a glass dish and it’s been fine. As with most air fryers, you need to do multiple batches if you need larger portions. It will only fit two sandwiches at once. Put it on high for at least an hour or more in the garage to get rid of the plastic smell, then do a sacrificial batch of pizza rolls or something just to make sure. It’s super quiet and you’d honestly forget it was even running were it not for the little beep when it’s done. You’d think the top would get hot but it doesn’t, so you can set your plate on top if you need to while getting the food out of the basket (I’m sure the manufacture says not to). This will probably go in the cupboard when our kitchen is fully operational, but it’s definitely nice in a pinch and would be perfect for people who don’t cook as much, need fast options, people with kids, or people who need an alternative to a stove or microwave.

Easy to use, easy to clean, no forever coatings, controls could be improved
We wanted an air fryer with no non-stick to replace the one we had previously where the non-stick was chipping bad. We stayed away from non-stick for forever, but caved in and bought a non-stick air fryer. We used it regularly, cleaned it carefully, didn't use metal utensils, etc etc, but the non-stick coating started to peel, and once it started peeling it peeled very quickly. Took about 18 months and that was that. I was hoping for 5 years or more. We decided to get an air fryer that doesn't have non-stick. Glass, stainless steel rack, perfect. We got the paper liners that sit under the rack (took us a couple times to figure that out). Clean up is easy and even if stuff gets on the glass, we can clean it safely without worrying about chipping the non-stick stuff. We hand wash, not sure how it would work out in a dishwasher. I'm not keen on the controls but we've adapted. Manual temp is limited to 395F and it's not quite as instinctive to turn on once you key in the time/temp (tip: you hit the power button to turn it on, to me I'm used to the power button to turn things off if there's already stuff on the screen). There's a silicone pad to put the hot glass on. I put it on the counter in front of the air fryer because the glass cooking container is heavier than the thin metal one in our old air fryer. We're used to it now but the first few times we'd inadvertently drop the container onto the counter. Overall we're very happy with it. It's a touch smaller than our old 6 quart air fryer, the controls take an extra few seconds, but totally worth going away from the non-stick. We'd buy again.

Best Air Fryer I've had so far!
Only issue I have with this air fryer is the weight of the glass basket - think heavy duty Pyrex. But I can manage it, as it's so worth it! No plastic stink on the first use. It's easy to use, once you figure out the settings and how to work around them. I cook everything at 390 degrees which I can only get to with the fry setting. 390 is the max temp as well. Which works just as well as the one air fryer that went up to 415 degrees. Love the lower watts. I had an issue with the 1st air fryer I had, it actually melted the plug and my outlet!! (That one was a Gourmet brand). 2nd air fryer was a bit better, and lower watts, but it started peeling it's non-stick coating within weeks (Power XL). The 3rd air fryer stank so bad of plastic and it's non-stick coating started peeling in 3 days. So those experiences had me looking for something that had much less plastic and zero non-stick coating. This one is a winner!!! No non-stick coating flaking off into my foods. No plastic smell, not even on day one. With the glass basket I get zero off tastes from the air fryer - just clean good foods. I mainly cook steaks in this as I got so sick of the grease all over the kitchen, and house when pan frying, and I just don't like to grill outside. Air fryer has won me over to fast easy steak cooking. The glass basket is heavy. I remove it before I move the body of the air fryer (to make it lighter). I don't have the strongest wrist, but I do okay with handling it. I keep a hot pad handy in case I need support the basket while hot - and it does of course get hot. I worried that the opening around the basket and the element would cause extra heat to blow out, but it doesn't, no more than the other air fryers I've tired. And no issues with melting power cord plugs or outlet! And nothing peeling off into my foods.

Just buy it!
But this air fryer! So easy to clean, just throw it in the dishwasher. This is our 4th type of air fryer, hadn’t found one that actually gets food crisp and is not a total pain to clean. THIS IS IT! Crisp food, easy to use, cooks evenly, and best of all SO easy to clean. I genuinely don’t brag often on appliances but this one I have recommended to so many people. And it’s glass - so no nasty plastic chemicals leaching into your food.

Awesome air fryer.
Well worth the price. The basket being glass makes all the difference for an air fryer. Easier to clean and food seems to have a better taste. Basket is however heavier obviously because it’s glass.

Good buy
I like the Nutrichef Air Fryer with the glass basket. Before cooking any food, I hand-washed the basket and metal tray, then did a dry run at 390 temp for 20 minutes to remove that new product smell. There was noticeable plastic and a heat element odor. After the first 20-minute dry run, I washed the basket again and then repeated the same dry-run cycle 2 more times. I cooked salmon, carrots, and sweet potatoes, and there wasn’t any new product smell during cooking. The air fryer cooked the meal well. It’s easy to select the cooking settings. The glass basket is heavy but manageable. The control panel would have been better in the front instead of the top. The glass basket handle does get very warm in long cooking times but not burning hot. I use a heat-resistant glove to grab the handle during food tossing and when the cooking cycle is completed. It’s easy to wash the glass basket. It’s a good value for the money. Hopefully it will be a reliable air fryer. Cooked honey mustard salmon, honey maple carrots, sweet potatoes, baby gold potatoes seasoned with olive oil, brown sugar, ground cinnamon and salt. It was cooked good and tasty. Also, made air fryer flour tortilla pepperoni pizza.

Excellent first air fryer purchase!!
Very impressed so far. This is the first air fryer I have bought and can see why people opt to use these over traditional deep fryers. Due to having celiac I had to stop frying my food in contaminated oil so I thought I’d cook my gluten free food in an air fryer instead. Further I was worried about non stick coatings which eventually peel and cause harm when accidentally consumed so I wanted a glass dish to prevent that. Lastly I needed one which was not too bulky but not so small that I can’t cook a decent meal in. This ticked all the boxes, this is the first ever air fryer I have used and the food I made was cooked perfectly. The clean up was very easy with minimal scrubbing. It looks great on the counter top and barely has a footprint larger than a A4 sheet of paper. The quality seems excellent. Further due to it having a glass bowl you can see how the food is cooking without having to open it which wastes energy and time. I would highly recommend this in general and if you are health conscious trying to avoid none stick coating air fryers. Thank you

We recommend it, very useful
I bought this for my daughter's dorm room and she's very happy with it. It's easy to clean and she can keep track of what she's cooking through the glass container.

Chemical free air frying
I spent a long time researching air fryers before buying one because I specifically wanted to avoid nonstick coatings, forever chemicals (PFAS/PTFE), and the overheating issues that seem to come up in a lot of reviews (and recalls). The glass cooking bowl/carafe on this model was a huge selling point for me because it feels much cleaner and safer compared to many chem coated basket-style air fryers. After comparing brands this was one of the few models that checked all the boxes I cared about (fewer reported safety concerns, no traditional nonstick coating in the cooking area, and a simple design that’s easy to clean and monitor while cooking.) So far, it’s worked really well. Food cooks evenly, it heats quickly, and I like being able to actually see the food through the glass while it cooks, and its easy enough for my lazy teenagers to use. It also feels sturdier and less “chemical/plastic” than many other air fryers I looked at. The bowl/basket is heavy so extra care needs to be taken when holding it, but rarely do you have to carry it anywhere other than a few inches from the base. There's also a silicone trivet/mat thingy that is included to set the hot bowl down on, that is put directly in front of the base when in use. This is the best air fryer if you're trying to avoid unnecessary Teflon like coatings or forever chemicals or want a more old school/simple small cooking appliance instead of using the oven every time, but this one is definitely worth considering.
