I purchased this pan to replace an older 11x17 one that my husband had used and damaged in the garage. I was drawn to the color and trusted the Martha Stewart brand for quality. However, the first time I used it to bake potatoes at 375°F, the pan warped in the oven. While it flattened out after cooling, I didn’t think much of it at first. Then, I tried to use a Silpat on it and realized the pan was too small. Now, the pan is permanently warped, undersized, and stained. I’ll be switching back to my NordicWare sheet pans.

This is my second purchase from Martha Stewart, and I'm thoroughly impressed. It's cute, it's durable, heats evenly, cleans up super easily, and it's a good size. I also did some research before purchasing and found out that the manufacturer does not use PFAS in their carbon steel, so that is a major bonus!

Looks great but definitely warps on the roasting temps

I love the size because they fit in the dishwasher. The rolled edge is comfortable but traps water despite the train holes, which lead to rust. This hasn't broken through the enamel, but sometimes rusty water drips out of they haven't completely dried inside. Non-stick performs well and cleanup is pretty easy. The raised logo in the center can trap baked on food and requires extra attention when scrubbing. These are heavy enough to stay in place but sometimes warp under high heat causing a buckling effect that pops one corner higher than the rest of the pan. This could fling lighter food and toppings around on the pan or even out of the pan and makes the surface unlevel during high heat cooking. Still very happy with the size (can fit 2 per rack in my oven) and overall performance for my uses.

Great size for Swiss rolls, nonstick surface is very nice. Only downside is hand wash only but zero problems with stuff sticking so very quick and easy job!

Really heavy duty sheets.

Not impressed. I washed them twice before using and still my cookies had a odd taste. Used the same batch but didn't use Martha Stewart cookie sheets and the cookies came out fine. I washed the sheets again and still the same odd flavour. Unfortunately the cookie sheets came in so much wrapping and boxes and right at Christmas time, that I had to throw them out and hoped that these cookie sheets were up to Martha Stewarts name. So now I can't return them and I'm stuck with them and will have to use parchment paper on them to protect the batter from the whatever it is that is on the cookie sheets. Won't buy her products again.

I was really surprised that it says hand wash boldly on the label, which was not obvious online. The back has a design that would let water go into the rim. It's not for me. Maybe some don't mind the delicate washing obligation but I can't manage and it may rust for me bc I will put it into the machine.

For the name, I expected more. It's a heavy baking sheet, which does cook evenly, but it's already rusting on the the bottom after a month of use from where it sits on the oven racks.

Not the quality I expected. The finish scratched immediately.
