Great laptop
This is a great Laptop! I've been looking for one like this for a while. check out places like BB but theirs didn't have the larger hard drive or memory for what I needed and was much more expensive than this one. I'm very happy with this seller, the laptop was shipped and delivered fast. I use this for my business and I'm very pleased with it's speed and performance. I would not hesitate to purchase another one if the need arises.

After a long exhaustive search I finally found the actual computer I was looking for!
My gosh there certainly are a whole lot of fake computers on the market! I spent a good couple weeks just digging and digging through them all, trying to find a genuine item from a trustworthy seller.On a whim, I checked in Amazon's resale/refurbished section and happened upon this seller as one of Amazon's trusted refurbishers. So I took a look at their storefront and lo and behold, finally at long last found a genuine HP with all the specs I was looking for.Tbh I was still wary upon receipt, despite the fact that it came in an actual HP box. But I opened it up, turned it on and immediately started digging into the system specs and all (prospective IT Tech here lol), and whatdya know?! It's the real deal!!!I've been holding off on the review for awhile just in case it suddenly stopped working like so many of the other computers I saw in the reviews from other sellers. But yep, it's a real-deal HP supermachine! I've been running high-demand networking simulators and everything on it and she runs like a champ. Definitely recommend this seller!

WINDOWS 11 24H2 INCOMPATIBLE
I have spent HOURS attempts to load the above referenced update, after returning and repurchasing this model from the seller. I can't believe that an "out of the box" brand new computer would have such issues, let alone with HP. It has been such a disappointment and waste of time, energy and money. MARY ENCLONAR OR CLARE FROM AMAZON CONTACT ME ASAP... You agree?D to refund me the difference on the purchase of my lenovo..Everyone has disappeared and I am being sent offshore to representatives who have no knowledge of this case or the complaint i am filing...where are you... I need a representative from business.Prime management in the united states to call me with a direct phone number.

Real nice laptop
I had a 2012 Asus. This is big upgrade. Never had a HP before so hope for the best. Seems to work nice. The features of this model 450 G10 are pretty good. Has Rj45!!

Great value for money! Good for daily work!
It came brand new and was exactly as shown in the pictures. I trust HP because the last time I owned a HP laptop, it lasted me for 11 years!I am an Application Developer and needed a lightweight laptop for my day-to-day work. This weighs just right about 3.26 pounds and meets my needs. I wanted a 16GB RAM, 512 GB SSD, a Touch Screen, a fast processor and good graphics. Its battery life lasts for about a day for me. Moreover, it is silver colored with black keys which makes it look great.Great value for money!

Windows 11 unable to update
Windows 11 update failed due to incorrect storage allocation. Significant troubleshooting required to correct it.

Don`t buy from this vendor.
Speakers stopped working after 2 months. Vendor won`t answer the phone or return calls for help resolving the problem.
