Just as food contributes to most conditions, it can also affect fibroids. This doesn't necessarily mean that eating certain foods guarantees you won't develop, but it can greatly minimize the chances. But even more, some foods may also help to slow down fibroid growth. Ideally, you want to tackle the tumor(s) while they are still small. I believe food remains the safest form of medicine, but it can also be the slowest form of poison. The book is written to assist you on your road to recovery from fibroid. It essentially focuses on healing naturally and suppressing fibroid symptoms through the Dr Sebi Alkaline Diet. It contains what foods to eat and what to avoid, as well as other lifestyle changes that can be beneficial including fasting. Review: Google will tell you in a nutshell what this "book" reads - The information provided could be summed up in 2 regularly condensed pages and unfortunately found via a basic internet search or in my case, a doctors appt. I had hoped to find a bit more detail about uterine fibroids or a laid out diet to follow in preventative or management. There are some salad and smoothie recipes here strewn throughout to give more material to make a book it seems, some are even repeated. The recipes simple but many of the ingredients will be difficult to find. Sea moss gel for one. I took away, raw vegan clean eating with fasting, green tea and tumeric extracts and exercise is best. I have followed vegetarian diet with regular exercise in past and it does work I was able to shrink my fibroids. Now Im looking for a livable diet to follow. Review: It's very basic, not a lot of info - It's basic info about uterine fibroids. The recipes are not very good
