I have ordered 2 more as I found these very worthy at Rs.2000. It is worth at the MRP of Rs.7000? No, it suffers from distortion for some rare songs with lots of loud instruments playing at the same time. I have been listening with these earpods since yesterday and I have decided to ditch my 2nd Gen Apple Earpods for these. There are some issues, but I am fine with them. At volumes where you can hear everything clearly but is not loud, there is very little leak and people close around you can hear that you are listening to something but not what and not not disturbing, even in relatively quiet environments like an office or bedroom at night. But even slightly louder volumes will let people around you hear what you are hearing, in quiet environments. In noisy environments, like with a TV or loud fan in a room, almost nothing reaches the ears of people around you even when listening loudly enough to overcome the external sounds. The comfort is pretty good. I am sensitive to touch and pressure and am the kind of person who wears no accessories whatsoever, not even a ring or watch because I feel uncomfortable with their constant touch. I am comfortable with these earphones and I have been wearing them for 4 hours straight since this morning. The case is big though. The sound clarity and frequency response is decent and for most frequencies matches what Apple Earpods provide, from a casual-lover -of-music’s experience. The bass is slightly better actually, BUT it struggles with lots of frequencies at the same time, like in the music “Alappara Theme (Instrumental)”, it has distorted output, not unbearable but certainly not good. It lacks all the bells and whistles some other expensive brands provide and it is to be expected at this price point. But I don’t miss any of them. I have developed a very slight hearing loss due to listening with closed ear canals with constant music/audiobooks (at just decent non-loud volumes) for years since childhood, so I am desperately hoping the design of these open earpods will let me continue my listening without further damaging my ears. The Bose’s open earpods concept unfortunately didn’t suit my ears at all. So I’ll sacrifice loss of clarity in some rare songs for prolonged hearing health with these earpods. One review has reported a connection issue. I would like to share my experience: I experienced connection issues with my 2nd Gen Apple EarPods intermittently over the years, and I am using iPhones. While some Bluetooth Chips are bad, Bluetooth itself is finicky and different Bluetooth Chips and Firmware versions will sometimes not play nice with others. So if you are afraid of connection issues, please take into account that a lot of it is luck or misfortune. I will update this review in future if I experience issues.

First product from truke that I feel very disappointed with, for the following reasons : > Does not have dual connect - just a single connect > Even single connect is very buggy and just so to "wake" the earphones if you accidentally tap x3 times, you are doomed - because that is the RESET option and thus it immediately disconnects leaving you to re-pair the device and use > Mic quality is extremely poor - got feedback that it seems that I am speaking from another corner of the room, even though its snugly placed on my ears. and yes it does not have dual or quad mic and definitely NOT MEMS > I dont know how, but just once I managed to switch to spatial audio - and there is no refernce to it in the manual > No other options in touch like eq or bassmode or anything > Not worth the price ( yoga beat is 100x better and half priced ) > Could not return, as date range has passed so have to keep it > Did not test, but possibly battery life is good as I charged it 3-4 times only I own a S1 and also Clarity 2 which performs much much better than this Eventually had to buy truke Yoga Beat, which is surprisingly half the price and is an excellent OWS ( cannot post review here as bought from somewhere) In short - keep away from this and dont buy I will also mention that truke does make quality and affordable stuff and thus have bought only its stuff, but this is Heavily Disappointing both in product, and then looking at the price that you pay About the tech - yes in-ear buds do cause more wax development and some hearing loss in time succession, for which I switched to OWS, as I have to work with them for hours at strech sometimes

The Good Stuff 👍 The noise cancellation during calls is decent for the price, and the sound quality is incredibly natural. There's none of that muffled or artificial sound you often get with typical headphones. It genuinely feels like you're sitting next to a Bluetooth speaker and just enjoying the music or whatever you're listening to. The Big Problem 👎 The biggest issue with this product is opening the box the headphones come in. The peculiar shape of the box makes it impossible to get a good grip, and it constantly feels like it's going to slip out of your hand and fall. This would be extremely inconvenient if you're travelling or on the go.

Looks are good. Due to the hook facility it has a good grip over the ears. Sound quality not so bad it's ok. The touch response for answering calls is very over sensitive. It doesn't connect to more than one device at a time which is not so a good feature when compared to my existing Bluetooth earphone. Overall performance is not upto the standard mark. Cost wise it is expensive than my existing Bluetooth earphone which has much better performance and features than this one. Hope it would be better to improve it with much better sound quality and better connectivity to multiple devices at time.... Thank you wish you all the best for better improvements

These open-ear earbuds are incredibly comfortable for long use. The 16mm beryllium speakers deliver surprisingly clear sound, and the 60-hour battery life is amazing. Call quality is crisp thanks to the quad mics. Perfect for outdoor workouts since you stay aware of your surroundings. As a student this product is highly recommended!

EDIT: after getting low ratings on amazon this company has launched another exact product which is 300 rupees cheaper than this product. never gonna buy cheap brand's products from amazon. 1) the product is not meant to be for music enthusiasts - it will not give you any bass or surround sound effect. but you will be able to listen to songs clearly while also be aware of what people around you are talking. it is good for use in an office environment. 2) i dont need to remove or pause music everytime someone comes and talks to me which is a huge benefit for me. 3) the plastic case makes it look like a cheap 200 rupees product, but the earbuds build quality is good. 4) they dont autopair when i turn on my bluetooth on macbook. 5) multipoint pairing is not available, so you cannot connect to your laptop and mobile at the same time. 6) there is no gesture for volume increase/decrease. 7) battery life seems good overall. 8) comfortable fit over ears, lightweight. definitely overpriced, i would pay 1000 for this product. once there are other ows earphones available in the market, no one is gonna pay 2k for this piece of novelty.

My left ear phone is not working... I don't know where to repair... it's not chanrging properly... is there anyways we can fix this issue.
