Not Sharp Enough
Not sharp enough to go into the middle of the cob. Have to place more to one side and then be very careful not to bite it when eating the corn.

Will last longer than the plastic/resin ones
These actually make pretty decent corn holders. I have an extension collection of corn holders (400-500 different ones). These will last much longer than the yellow plastic or all of the cute resin ones that are being currently sold. They are all metal and one piece. I do wish they were a little heavier and the edges were a bit more rounded. You could do a lot worse than these.
