I take this every morning. I think this helps me keeping my muscles moving smoothly. Nervous system is better, less shaky. The Shacklee brand is not synthetic and is used by the doctors in my family for many years.

This vitamin is amazing!!! I took this at night and when I got up the next day I had so much energy. I was able to sleep really good. I had a headache the next two days because I took it during the day time. So I will take it before bed which is better for me. Overall it is GREAT 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
