I use a nitric oxide supplement every day and have definitely noticed the effects. All of the pre-workout supplements I use also contain nitric oxide, so even on days when I don’t use a pre-workout supplement, such as during jogging or cardio sessions, I still find it beneficial for blood flow. It seems to help every day, as I use some form of nitric oxide supplement daily, and it also benefits my blood pressure and overall mood.

I really enjoy this product. I take a couple capsules each day an hour prior to working out and not only feel an energy boost but my recovery time is less than before I started using the product. Easy to swallow capsules with no negative side effects. I will be re-ordering.

I started taking this over 3 months ago, and have now reordered it. I train 4 days a week, and at 56 years old, work as hard as someone half my age in the gym. Because of a heart valve replacement in Aug 2024, I have decided to not use pre-workouts with caffeine. Instead, I am using this Nitric Oxide. It is natural ingredients, and only increases blood flow by relaxing, or widening the blood vessels. This helps to promote better blood flow, lowers blood pressure, and helps the heart so it does not have to work as hard during exercise. All are positives for someone with a mechanical heart valve. I find my heart rate is not as high as before my valve was replaced, my heart rate comes back down faster, and I recover quicker between sets since taking this. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is nothing is perfect. I find it takes too long to take effect. The label says take 30 minutes before working out. I need 45 minutes or more to feel the benefits. Yes, it could be just my body makeup, or that it is slightly underdosed. Either way, I still recommend this!

I use this as a pre workout. It is amazing! No caffeine jitters just strait up energy. I take it and workout 15-30 min after. Great stuff.

Was a little sceptical with the affordable price as I have taken more expensive products that did not work as well. I take 2-3 capsules about a hour before I do my 2 mile walk. I feel great during my workout. Definitely feel like I have more energy! Give it a try. You won’t be disappointed!

I found no big difference in how I felt. That being said, I can’t say it didn’t have any effect on me, I think I was expecting this huge change. I think I might consider trying it again with a more realistic idea of what to expect.

I have taken more expensive products that did not work as well. I take 3 of the capsules 30 minutes prior to working out and it works for endurance for me. I take a few supplements but it seems to help me with recovery as well. The price is very reasonable compared to others. I was somewhat skeptical at first since it can be 75% less expensive than the higher end Nitric inducing products. So far I am very pleased with this product. If I do not train I take it with a meal.

I have been using this product since August 2024 to boost my daily workouts and it certainly made a big difference! My workout results have improved considerably as it allows me to push harder and longer. I already stocked up for a few months as it was on sale and I will certainly continue to use this product.
