Review: It’s a beast - This thing is a beast! It’s powering my Italian chocolate tempering machine and it has no problems with it whatsoever. It’s super quiet. I honestly don’t know it’s on but it is pretty heavy. I like that as well because I know it will last and it’s big enough I’m not gonna kick it with my foot. Yeah if you need to go from 240 to 110, I wouldn’t hesitate. I’d get another one if I needed it. I didn’t need an electrician to install a 220v outlet, must’ve saved me $500. No brainer.
