Just what you need without the excessive biotin.
TLDR: it works, its affordable, and great supplement without biotin. There are so many "hair growth" vitamins that just pump you with biotin. If there was 1 vitamin that, did it all, it wouldn't be an issue, but that's not the case most of the time. Too much biotin can tamper with your test results if you ever go to the doctors. I don't want my vitamins to be the reason a doctor did find anything wrong with me if I ever have issues down the road. This is plain pumpkin seed and saw palmetto which are nature DHT blockers. In a gummy form makes it VERY easy to squeeze into my routine. It tastes fine to me. If you want results, use this with conjunction to your normal hair growth vitamin and you'll see results after a month-- I did.

I’ve just started taking these but I’ve already noticed less shedding at new growth. Hoping this helps with the elevated DHEA levels.

Tastes good 😊 really like them
These are good and I looked forward to taking them. I've not noticed a huge difference in my hair or anything like I was hoping but it has made a small improvement I believe. The taste isn't bad at all and I've come to like it quite a bit. Will get more when I can afford it.

Taste good
I gave it a 4 only because I’m taking it to prevent hair loss while losing weight. I’ve not taken it very long so IDK yet if it’s effective. I will update. It tastes good and I like that it’s sugar free.

Taste Awful but they Work
They work very well as a DHT blocker. Since taking them, my hair isn't falling out as much but the taste is AWFUL. I can barely choke them down but I do because they actually work.

Great price and great taste . I love the benefits. I notice less hair loss. It might be helping with hot flashes I dont know. I had 2 hot flashes in 2 years, not sure if its these gummies or a combination of all the supplements. Either way, I have them on subscription.
