Make sure you do your research. This thing arrived damaged and did not make water cold at all even after running for 24 hours returned it got a new better one now. Thanks Amazon!

Urbansync Hot & Cold Top Loading Water Dispenser
We bought the water dispenser like one month ago and it works great. It stands short so someone 5’2 can easily change the 5-gallon water bottle. It doesn’t leak. It’s not loud. The water tastes good/clean. The water temperature comes out cold and hot. We really like it. I recommend purchase.

Smoking
Plugged it in and it started smoking granted this is my first dispenser so idk if I did something wrong but yea plugged it and then left it on maybe 20 min came back it was smoking

Perfect
