This bike riser was easy to install. It is strong and durable. Great value for the money. This bike riser raises handlebars just enough to minimize nerve damage to hands but not so much as to require re-doing brakes.

Put this on my Trek X-caliber 9 mountain bike, been riding a lot on dirt roads and rail pathways this spring so i have been riding in the saddle most of the time (not really what the bike is designed for), as a result my neck and lower back have been aching after the ride, so i figured i would give this inexpensive stem a try. The stem looks very well made and finished perfectly, no complaints here. Swapped out the stock bontrager stem (80mm long / 7 deg) and after 2 rides i am feeling much better, neck strain gone and lower back ache improved. It just puts the bars in a much better position for me, i might go back to the stock bontrager stem when i start doing single track but for now i am loving this stem and would recommend to anyone looking for a little more comfort on their cross country ride.

Bought a frame size XL but really should have bought a L. I am 6'1 with a 31 inch inseam and on my XL Trek X Caliber 8 bike, the reach was a bit much putting way too much weight on my wrists and made for a uncomfortable ride. Asked Chat GPT how to fix it, and it recommended replacement of the stem. Found this, looked about what I needed, shorter and taller, put it on and WOW! Now I am more upright and comfortable and feel that the XL frame is PERFECT! If you end up buying a bike that may be a tad big, give this thing a shot, made a WORLD of difference. Install is very easy with basic hand tools.

Excellent quality at a low price. This stem raised my handlebars 2" higher than the stock 80mm stem the bike came with. It's lightweight and seems plenty sturdy enough. I've ridden 300 miles since I installed it. If I had a complaint, it would be the finish. It's nothing special, more of a flat texture than gloss. Cannot beat it for the price!

I bought this 35 degree 70mm stem to replace a 6 degree, 90mm stem in order to shorten the reach on a Lauf Weekend Warrior True Grit gravel bike. I have purchased inexpensive stems before and sometimes they can be a little off on size or have sharp machining burs or poor finish. This one did not exhibit any of those issues. It looks good and is sized precisely. It was a simple install with perfect results. Attached picture of original stem vs. Fomtor to show change in handlebar position. Highly recommended.

Item shipped quickly, no damage and installed easily. Looks good with my setup, now just time will tell how it holds up. I’m not a hardcore rider so there shouldn’t be any issues.

Absolutely great. You've got to take it in your hands to feel the quality of this beauty. Screws tighten securely over the stem (a 22.2 to 28.6 quill stem adapter that is). It is used in combination with a saipor spacer shim on a 25.4 handlebar to convert it to 31.8. There is even a torque indicator for the screws. Clear purchase recommendation from me.
