Bland taste which is actually important for this product, good fibre, very effective to add as part of a varied diet , especially when used In conjunction with diet protein shakes to add fibre to a varied diet. Satisfying taste, texture and what’s not to like. Great ingredients , great price and no side effects to mention . Easy to use and simple to doses with a plainish flavours that is versatile to use to suit all tastes and add in one way or another

Far better than taking laxatives. Capsules are quite big I take them a biscuit and large glass of water

These are absolutely superb for keeping you regular, my only complaint is that they're very large capsules and I've lost count of the number of times I've gagged them back up because they went down the wrong way. If you struggle with large pills, these are not for you. If they were half the size and you just had to take 4 of them, that would be much better. But on the whole, they're just about better than the bags of powder, because that stuff tastes pretty nasty and sticks to everything like cement! UPDATE: They now come in a pouch and not in the jar. But crucially, they are now slightly smaller which is a godsend! On the negative side, they now taste like cardboard, so get them down quick!

This is a great quality, well priced fibre product. No funny smells or tastes. Mine came in a slightly different packaging but all other info checks out. The capsules are a reasonable size and go down easily with a but of water. I would say that it has improved my digestion, but make sure you drink plenty of water! The first few days I felt a bit bloated. The instructions say to take two with a meal but I find it better to take one in the morning and one in the evening to stay regular!

The size of these tablets may be difficult for some to swallow, bear in mind that for this brand, the recommendation is 2 daily and consider that ingredients shown are based on this "daily dose". I found that 2 tablets could cause a bit of tummy upset/gas and so I generally have only 1, either dosage for me didn't seem to firm and only softened stool.

Works well

I was seriously lacking in fibre until my Doctor recommended these fibre supplements. It was a game changer! I had been getting pains in my colon - until I started taking these every night! They also help me sleep so it’s a win win. Need to take 5 or 6 per day to be fully effective.
