I bought these when they were on offer and I found them to be okay to use. However, I am not quite sure whether they did have a long-term impact as I am no longer taking them due to the price increasing.

Easy to swallow, no taste or smell. As a result of taking this for a while now hair and nails are much stronger.

A medium sized tablet, not too challenging to swallow but there is a particular smell about them so if you are sensitive to smell when it comes to these things then you may not get along with them.
