I bought it to support my back .Good value for money. I like it, it supports my back and comfortable to wear. It rolls up but that's what you get for the price

Very Effective
I use this with a weighted Hula Hoop and after a workout my vest is always saturated where the belt has been sitting on my waist. Also; sizing is no issue to my mind. I almost didn't buy this after reading reviews saying it was designed for slim people... It feel it would easily fit up to a 40-42inch waist which is a size 20-22 on average so fairly lenient on size imo

I’m not sure what happened but when I use mine and take it off and get in bath my skin round my tummy and back are burning in the water !!! What could that mean happens twice now yesterday and today after using it
