What neither she nor I like is when Dynamex courier brings your parcels to the door, they actually stand at the bottom stair and throw the box up against the door. As I've explained to desertcart before, she uses a walker & is unable to climb stairs. She also finds it really hard to open the door with the parcel wedged under it. She has called Dynamex on this before and evidently, the conversation falls on deaf ears. along with the horrifying comments made on Dynamex's own website, I fail to understand why they are still being utilized. Yet, desertcart continues with this courier, It would appear that my membership is not as valued as I had hoped it would be. Review: I’m really enjoying this series of books , imagining the back stories of the Coronation Street Characters during WW2 . Easy reading with likeable characters, and storyline.

Its good to read about potential back stories of the original Coronation Street characters of the 1960s and 1970s. A geat read.

I love how the writer illustrates times gone by when the men were out to war and the women stayed behind. Old memories from grandparents come to mind about relationships, rationing, lack of basic necessities and hardships with 'keeping things going at home'. It really gave me some insight as to how things were for my grandparents and parents....things I din't know. The good and the not so good. Love it so much, I bought a copy for a friend who's 92 year old Mom had just passed away. I know she will love it.
