These little ear buds are impressive for the price point. Honestly, if you don’t want to fork over big cash for AirPods, consider these. [Spoiler alert: these are not for hardcore audiophiles.] The sound quality is good and includes good passive noise canceling (this is basically where the sound reduction is done using the rubber tips instead of powered elements in the headphones). The JLab app really helps these ear buds shine. It includes features like Be Aware (similar to transparency mode on AirPods), basic EQ abilities, and ambient sounds. My only complaint about this is the sensitivity of the touch controls. I ended up turning them off because I will often where these to listen to something when I go to sleep, so it’s easy to accidentally trigger something on them when putting them in or taking them out. That being said, you can make adjustments to them inside of the app. I just didn’t take the time to do that. The case has a built in charging cable, but it is short and you’ll need a USB-C wall brick if you charge with a standard outlet. It comes with three sizes of ear tips, so you can select which ones fit your ear. All in all, I’d definitely buy these again.

Love, love, love the comfort and sound quality of listening to music with these earbuds. The stay in place and people on the other side of the conversation do not complain about the sound. They also hold charge for a loooooong time. The only design flaw is that they are super smooth, and getting them out of the case can be a bit troublesome because the space is tiny, a small portion of the earbud projects out, so sometimes it slips my fingers a couple of times before I can grasp and pull it out from the case, to which it is attached by magnets.

This is my second or third pair of JLAB earphones/buds. I love them very high quality for a great price. I have some for work, a pair for everyday use. A pair for my kids to so I don't have to hear what they are watching or listening to. They connect easy to my phone, tablet, PC, and Iphone. great sound quality (until I put them in the washing machine) I love this product

This thing works great with the Bluetooth connectivity, especially now that Google has this thing where it remembers the Bluetooth connection across devices and any other devices registered to your account. I think that's awesome. The sound quality is the same as usual as the previous model version that I purchased in lilac from another retailer and the comfort is a little left to be desired, but for the most part is far more better than most other buds. It has a good battery life and I do appreciate that jlab does have a sizing kit so that you can get different size buds to replace the ones that come stock. I only wish that they gave you those every time you purchase them instead of having to purchase it separately, but I guess that's okay too. My only one gripe about this entire thing is that they gave it a USB-C male port. I was okay with this. Having a USB male port on the previous model but I'm not really sure I'm down with the USB-C upgrade. Now I'm going to have to purchase a charger specifically for this because of that since the only way I can charge. This is on my laptop and I bought this specifically for my husband who wouldn't have the ability to charge this while he's at work on his work laptop. The least they could have done was at least send a charging brick for it to plug into. The color choice though is solid and is impeccable as ever.

High sound quality and no lag. They’re so comfortable you will forget you have them on. They’re hold a charge for quite some time and the charging cord being built into the bottom is so convenient.

I thought it had a rubber feel, other than that love em you can’t tell I have them on . They match my complexion.

Always a fan of JLab and these didn’t disappoint. You can barely see the when in, very comfortable fit. Good quality and sound.

Pros - the price point! These earbuds do what they need to do. They fit comfortably in the ear. Cons - they keep playing when you take them out. They’re kinda large so not as discreet as I’d hoped for but still functional.
