It comes with a little scoop. I don’t know exactly how big it is but it looks like it’s about a fourth of a teaspoon. So it lasts a long time even though it’s a really small container. It has a very mild milk taste it dissolves pretty easy in water.

This colostrum helped with my thinning hair caused by menopause. It also improved the appearance of my nails and skin. I mix it with my morning coffee.

Not worth the money I mean $45 for this little jar it's like getting ripped off

I've ordered this a couple times and I'll keep ordering. I add this to my baby's breakfast to make sure he's getting good nutrition and to keep his immune system strong. There's no additives. The powder cakes a little but definitely not a problem. This keeps my baby feeling good and full of energy. It does exactly what it's supposed to do. It's s high quality product.
