Not sure why some negative reviews are about the unit not starting. It needs to be fully charged and, as the directions state - after it’s charged hold down the start button for 2 or more seconds. I did all that it’s fine. AND it really helped with my achy piriformis muscle on my left side - literally a pain in the butt that this thing helped relieve.

I purchased this after trying my son's percussion massager. I chose the Renpho brand since I've had great service from the other Renpho products I've purchased. Variable speeds and massage heads that meet my families needs. I'll be buying another for a Christmas gift for a friend.

In the past I’ve been hesitant to purchase one of these. After a recent PT event, my PT person showed me how to use this and how it benefits me after a workout or strenuous work. This is a great gun & comes with all the attachments you would need.

Great tool for use as a massage piece. My only complaint is the built in battery doesn't last too long.

Works well but not as powerful as others I’ve had in the past. Wish it could be more powerful.

The strap broke on the carrying case during the first three weeks. 6 months later the massage gun stop holding a full charge and it stopped charging completely. I was not satisfied with this product. I would like to return it.

This massager gun is amazing!! I over did it the first weekend I had it and Sunday was a very sore day. The Renpho came to the rescue and it was wonderful!! I wasn’t as sore for as long as I would have been without massaging. The variable speeds are super helpful to go easy or get deeper into the muscle. The unit isn’t overly heavy nor is it designed to be cumbersome to handle. The different heads are great for getting specific results depending on the soreness location. It holds a long charge to get multiple treatments. It has a safety shut off after so many minutes of continuous use. Definitely worth the purchase!!

Massager looks to be very well made and is extremely powerful.

I bought one of these for myself then got one for parents and siblings bought one after trying! The attachments cater to alot of needs and its great for massaging by yourself or taking turns to do each other, on the back for instance. The highest power setting is good enough to get a deep tissue massage on big muscles like the legs and shoulders. I have been using to warm up muscles before going to gym and then for DOMS (muscles soreness) the next day. If it lasts for a few years it will be a great investment, quicker and cheaper than getting a proper massage!

Love this! Easy to use, great variety of different heads to get into all those hard places to give much needed relief. A range of settings controls intensity of the massage. Comes in handy little case to keep everything together.
