Good and smelly without that strong garlic smell that similar products may have. Although advertised as a rodent deterrent I actually use this spray to deter my cat from digging and doing around any areas that have been newly planted. I also use it on plants (test on one first before committing)..mainly Hostas to deter slugs who don't like it. I did not use the spray bottle that came with it as I used a bigger capacity spray bottle. I made the solution stronger as it works better if you do but always test first if using on plants.The bottle goes quite a long way as relative to the amount of water you mix it with only a small amount is needed to get a strong smell. I have used before to get rid of a persistent rat that had gotten under floor in our cottage bedroom and it did work. Recommend based on this purchase.

I read the comments that said it didn't work. My honest review is you've to apply every day. I spray in the evening and before bed, when it's active. I spray in the kitchen front garden (where i see any gaps). Haven't seen any droppings since. Although it isn't a long term solution, it does keep them away if you spray consistently.

I will be using this product today. Arrived on time. Nicely presented. Appears to be good quality and very reasonably priced. Clear instructions supplied. Obviously, I won't know for a while whether product actually works, but fingers crossed.

I bought this to use alongside another product to try and deter a couple of rats that I'd spotted on my night camera in the garden. I made it up as instructed and sprayed it liberally around the wooden edging and also by the fence. The first issue I had was that even though I was spraying it outdoors it was very strong and made me cough a lot. I can't imagine how I would use this indoors if I needed to. The second issue was that it didn't work at all, infact a rat was sitting happily on top of the wall (as in photo) where I'd sprayed the product. So if you're intending to try the product outside I have to say in my experience it doesn't do anything.

We use this to spray the caravan between visits to deter visitors. We also use repellent gadgets which use batteries and spice bags!

I had tried traps and poison but neither worked so tried this. Within a day then mouse went ( I saw him go ). The smell was pleasant although it did make me cough a little at first. Edit the mouse came back the next day so not as good as I first thought.The spray bottle is useless as it leaks a lot and doesn't spray well either
