If you don't have the know how to install a wireless card then a wireless dongle is the easiest thing to use on a PC, the price is great also, it was easy to install the software and a quick restart and you have WiFi on your PC.

After living with appallingly low speeds, at last Full Fibre arrived in our area and I signed up to it. It has been quite a learning curve, one of which is the speed of my 10 year old HP laptops Wi-Fi. I thought of trying to get hold of a more up-to-date adapter card but opted for the easier route, this little beauty. The only reason I used the driver was to check if my optical drive still works, I can’t remember when I used it last. The driver installed and switched off my old adapter and I then ran the speed test you can see. I am delighted with the results. My contract is only for 100Mps at the moment.

Works well but you need to plug it into a type 3 USB or you won't get maximum connection speed, type 2 you'll get 80 Mbps.I still can't get my maximum connection speed (120 to 140 Mbps I get when maximum is 150) but acceptable for the price.

I have an old pc working via Ethernet which became unavailable. I therefore needed the computer to work off newly installed WiFi. (Speed tests at over 100 min!). I plugged it in usb port and it worked perfectly on all windows (10) and all software. I didn’t need the cd that came with it.Happy.

While the adapter is advertised as being rated to 433mb, good luck getting that unless you're standing a foot away from the router. The antenna just isn't that great. That being said, it does output around 120mb download speeds between rooms, with acceptable levels of latency for things like 4k media streaming and gaming (sub20ms). That should be enough for the vast majority of people.

Basic and fine , which would've been alright, if it didn't mess up my pc with stutters.Adding the drivers seem to have done something to my pc as after I swapped back to my OG WiFi dongle (in May) WiFi sometimes cuts out, doongke works less well (in September and still an issue. I did Windows recovery the other day and I believe that fixed it).
