THERABAND CLX Resistance Band with Loops, Fitness Band for Home Exercise and Workouts

These THERABAND CLX bands were recommended to me by my physical therapist, and they’ve been a great addition to my workouts. The quality is solid and they feel strong and secure when you’re using them. I really like the looped design—it makes switching exercises easy without having to tie or adjust anything. I anchor the band yo the door and use for back and arm strengthening, and they work really well for that. The resistance feels controlled, not jerky or cheap. They’re also easy to pack up and use anywhere, which is a big plus. Overall, very versatile bands that do exactly what they’re supposed to do. I’d definitely recommend them if you’re looking for something reliable for home workouts or physical therapy exercises.

I got these bands because they were recommended by Dr Lisa Moore in our osteoporosis exercise class. They felt very thin, but I found they are sturdy and stretch easily for our workout. They are easy to grip and the size is right. I love the loops in them to help with specific exercises. I can also slip them into a door anchor to do standing rows and other exercises. I started with the red/green set them moved up to the blue/black set. I look forward to moving up to the strongest bands.

Great for home rehab and strength building. Also much cheaper than a gym membership/unending subscription

The original gold Theraband I had for years broke, and I replaced it with this product. - two bands, with loops for inserting feet and hands. The bands are of the same excellent quality in terms of resistance and elasticity. They come with instructions for both upper and lower body exercises. But these bands are narrower than the one I had before, limiting some of the core exercises. Not a big problem, though.

Excellent for physical therapy exercises.

These are perfect for my needs to do physical therapy exercises at home. The loops are great to hold rather than wrap the band around my hands. I prefer these Resistance Bands with Loops over hand weights because they're easily portable; extremely lightweight; take up very little space (as they can be folded to lie flat or rolled up into a wad); and, provide the resistance I need to strengthen my body. Excellent quality. Non-latex (latex is a deal breaker for me). Nine loops. Comes in a nice set of Red-Medium & Green-Heavy. The product photo shows these bands with their respective box packaging & this is not what was delivered to me. I received these bands in far more cost-effective packaging consisting of a clear plastic sleeve that seals - please see my photos. This is exactly what I received - I peeled off the shipping label to remove my shipping info. One can find the Theraband Resistance Bands with Loops sold individually with their own boxed packaging (this costs more than the set) or buy a 2-pack set sealed in a clear plastic sleeve (far more cost-effective without the boxed packaging) as seen in my photos.

I was expecting better. I have been working with therabands in physical therapy and really liked them so I decided to purchase some for my home exercises. I ordered the blue and black set so I can progress to a band with more resistance when I was ready. The blue one is great has the resistance like I expected however the the black one is garbage. I understood it was supposed to have more resistance than the blue but it doesn't and it feels like its made of cheap materials that will snap on you with use. I have a green one at home which has less resistance than the blue but has a lot more resistance than the black one I just purchased.

Total game changer on the exercise band front. I have used then for a couple of weeks and the loops are sturdy and feel very secure. No more time messing with knots, just work out.

Bands snapped after only a few uses. I ordered them from another supplier and they broke after only a few uses as well. Do not recommend.
