Clinique Moisture Surge 72-Hour Auto-Replenishing Hydrator, 2.5-oz.

I have extremely dry and sensitive skin. Painfully dry at times, with a panoply of skin conditions so, needless to say, I am very careful about the products I use. See my other reviews for the myriad products I've tried - I've become an expert on dry, sensitive skin! I have no idea whether Moisture Surge Intense has any anti-aging properties, but for hydrating the skin I have found nothing better. It absorbs immediately and there is absolutely no greasy residue or feeling of having goop all over your face. And my facial skin stays hydrated for a very, very long time. I have tried the other version (the non-intense one) and it works well too, but there IS a difference between the "regular" and "intense" and if you have very dry skin, I would suggest trying this one. I have been using it for about 2 years now and have never experienced any redness or breakouts, despite how hydrating it is. The price on Amazon is about the same as I've found at my local department stores - so there's no great cost savings, but I buy it here because it's easier than going into the store. If you're struggling with dryness on your face and haven't found a product that hydrates adequately or that hydrates for a few minutes but doesn't last, I'd recommend this product without reservation. I often wear it under makeup and it really helps keep the foundation and concealer I use from looking cracked or dry. It's not cheap - but it works!

I have used this moisturizing gel cream for more than 8 years now. I cannot see using any other. It is light, non-oily, a water-based gel that absorbs immediately and makes your skin feel like silk. It has never disappointed me. I am not kidding. My skin is to the medium side of things, olive tones, a little dry. This is the perfect moisturizer, for me. Highly recommended.

I’ve been using this brand for decades. This moisturizer is one of their best products. It is light and soaks in fully. It cools and soothes, so especially nice after a day outdoors or a hot shower.

I have tried samples of this product many times over the years but I finally decided I wanted the largest per oz made, and I’m so glad bought this size finally. It’s a really good product and it instantly soaks into my dry skin. Making it look and feel supple and soft! This will last me awhile. Great purchase and Clinique always has terrific skin care products.

Well this is a good product! I like it. It's for hydration, and when I wake up, I wash my face, then apply it. I love the soft feeling of it, and it's light, so makeup goes on well, after putting it on. Everyone wants a nice face, right? I've tried a lot of products, and this one was actually cheaper than I expected, but it costs more than others on the market. I like to use it on my hands, too. Again, nice face, nice hands, amiright?! I'd say try it. It's worth it. Oh and it's not smelly or anything like that, too!

I am in love with this product and I’m so glad I found it here on Amazon because it is sold out on the Clinique website. I am in my early 40’s and my skin has almost completely stopped producing oil. My skin is extremely dry and being in the air conditioning this summer has only made my skin worse. But then I tried this and it’s been like a godsend. I’m not sure if it really hydrates for 72 hours, but I cleanse my face, put this on, wait a few minutes for it to sink in and then apply my SPF and it keeps my skin hydrated all day. I can even apply my Clinique foundation and smash box halo powder over it and it does not pill, or make my foundation appear uneven. I don’t use primer because I feel that a good SPF is more important to prevent sun damage. I love all the key ingredients in this product. They all seemed safe and there are no parabens, which I refuse to use on my skin anymore. This product may seem expensive, but you get 2.5 ounces which will last you a very long time. I think it’s a terrific value for money. Thank you Clinique for another great product!

I do live at the beach and like this product for day time use. I do not like the smell but I do tolerate it because I like the way it feels and how my skin looks and feels using it. I am big on smells and it can be a deal breaker for me. I can let this on slide on the scent-- although it is not my favorite scent.

I have sensitive combination skin and this moisturizer works great! It doesn’t irritate my skin at all and it lasts for a really long time. Would recommend
