Excellent purchase helped a painful condition.
Purchsed this for a badly swollen, painful, arthritic left thumb joint. It did its job extremely well until I received a cortisone injection. After a few days I was able to remove it bit its there on standby. Another feature is that its quite noticeable and leads to friendlt enquiries from complete strangers. Months later I still get asked how by thumb is doing.

Works pretty well for me
Quite comfortable and it does support the thumb for me. I suppose it’s down to individual wearer’s whether they find these suitable for their medical needs.

It helps somewhat in reducing the joint movement and therefore reduces the pain when using the hand, maybe. Value for money? probably a bit expensive for the tech,

Relief and support
I'm right on the boundary of sizes, ordered two sizes ...returned smaller. I've been wearing it for a couple of months now and the product is holding up well (better than a different similarly priced brand). I've worn during the day and overnight, it gives support and protection well and pain is reduced Mine came with straps other than those shown in the picture, fabric rather than silicone but that is fine. It came with two straps..nice to have a spare and to allow for laundering. It also came with free 'sleeve' that wear underneath and it does contribute to over all comfort (I would buy another if this wears out).

Does the job, but, you can get the exact thing much mu h cheaper. I thought zip would be getting z superior item, but nothing different

Great support. Needs squeezing to shape round thumb
Great support. Make sure to fix straps on back of hand first as a bit pinchy on the skin, then do palm side to tighten. Gets irritation under strap but it does come with spare.

Ich wollte noch eine Ersatzorthese haben und habe nach einer Alternative zu der Push ortho CMC geschaut, die der Othopäde verschrieben hatte. Das Modell von Willcom ist in vielfacher Hinsicht besser und sehr gut: 1. Die Orthese ist beim Handballen ca. 3 mm länger, was einen Unterschied beim Schutz für den Handballen macht. 2. Die Lederriemen sind angenehmer zu tragen. 3.Die Lederriemen auf dem Handrücken sind geschätzt 2 cm länger, so dass man sie weiter öffnen kann und die Orthese leichter über den Dauen bekommt. Beim Alternativmodell blieb der Riemen beim Klettverschluss an der Öffnung hängen und man musste den Daumen etwas quetschen beim Ausziehen. 4. Die Orthese ist etwas elatsicher beim Austützen auf die Handflächen und nicht so starr und verteilt den Druck besser. 5. Es wird ein Innenhandschuh mitgeliefert. 6. Es hat verschiedene Materialstärken. Hellgrau und elastischer nach oben zum Zeigefinger hin für die Beweglichkeit und schwarz nach unten zum Schutz und zur Stützung. Also von mir eine klare Kaufempfehlung.

Nicht ganz günstig aber scheint den Preis wert zu sein. Wirkt sehr stabil und langlebig.
