Two months in so cannot return; but for the past week when I lift the lid to fill the jug I can smell mold. I cleaned the jug thoroughly once a week but the smell emanates from the filter itself. I should have another month on the filter and it is still filtering water. I have ME and have been feeling much worse these past few weeks. Makes sense if you are drinking moldy water!

Seems to do what it's supposed to, but I only use it for my tea and coffee, tend to drink flavoured natural spring water.

Lid did not fit properly. Considering the price I would expect better quality.

The water filter is useless!! I ordered the same product a few months ago and it worked perfectly then. This time, the inside was full of condensation. The filter was already installed (last time I was able to unpack it and install it myself). But it doesn’t work!! The water won’t flow through!! And there are no instructions included this time either!! I paid around 100 pounds for this product, and it arrived with water inside, improperly packaged, and without any instructions!! I had a Brita filter. It was satisfactory. Then my wife discovered Pure Filter. IMO it’s expensive, however this work 4 orders better than Brita. My local water utility stepped up the chlorine. It was bleeding through on the Brita. This filter takes out 100% of the external odours in the water. I’m a hypertaster so I notice everything., I give it 2 thumbs up. Fantastic. Again expensive, but they claim to actually remove way more harmful chemicals. If true then this is a buy.want

I've owned several water filter pitchers over the years, this one stands out as the best. Some reviewers have mentioned that the lid comes off easily, but I haven't experienced that at all. The lid stays securely in place, although I do lightly rest my hand on it when pouring because of what I had read in other reviews. Not only does the lid stay on well, but the pitcher pours exceptionally well too. It's the best water pitcher I've owned in decades. While I can't personally test its filtration performance, I can say that the water tastes very clean and fresh. The pitcher feels solid, durable, and holds a generous amount of water. I highly recommend it.
