Quality Product
I wanted a slightly smaller sized cup for my Nutribullet Ultra which came with the 24 oz and 32 oz cups. The 20 oz size is better for my single serve size batches and simple smoothies. The cup is durable and made well. I like the Tritan cups that have the threads on the inside of the rim!

Exactly the original equipment! I didn't want to trust a 3rd party item that could fail or not give a tight seal. Glad I went with the manufacturer's cup!

Stuck on
I bought this NutriBullet to replace my previous one because it kept getting stuck and was extremely difficult to open. Unfortunately, this replacement has the exact same problem. The cups constantly get stuck, and you never know whether it’s going to open easily or require two people to get it apart. I’ve only had this NutriBullet for nine months, and I’m very disappointed with the quality and performance. In my experience, this is not a good product at all. If you’re looking for a blender specifically for protein shakes, I would recommend Isagenix or almost any other option over this one.
