Amazing! This back brace adjusts for light support to extra support and feels great all day. Three Velcro spots, the first at the front then the 2 side straps pull forward to give you the custom support you want. Simply pull the straps as tight as you want and secure the Velcro.

This back brace provides support and is comfortable. I walk better with the brace on, it is easy to wear under most clothes. The compression is amazing and works well.

I was very impressed by the construction and the field of this product. I felt that it gave me great support without limiting movement. This was evidenced by the fact that I felt that I threw my back out yet. I was able to play golf pain-free without limiting any movement. I highly recommend this product.

I’ve been using this at the gym for quite some time. My trainer mentioned since I like to bake, maybe use it at home when I am standing, bending and baking a lot to protect my lower back. It also helps when I am vacuuming, making the bed, etc. There’s a lot of things around the house when I am cleaning that have the back supported this helps with! I kept forgetting to take it back and forth, so I finally broke down and bought one for my gym bag I keep in the car and one for home. They aren’t inexpensive, but my back it worth the expense.

I bought this because of the copper fix-back brace, which has turned out to be my saving grace. I had fallen & hurt my lower back, & I was afraid to sit up on my own, because while I was healing, it would hurt anytime I tried. So when I got this & tried it, it didn't hurt when I sat because the brace kept my back from slumping over. I wore this for months & now when I sit it has me so trained that I can only sit upright now, I am way more aware of not slumping over. Needless to say, this product is amazing, & I still use it when I sit even though I'm way better than when I first got hurt. The make of it with two sets of velcro holds up very well, where some braces have only one that wears off over time, the second set of velcro on the outside is adjustable for my comfort.

It was delivered promptly and my husband put it on right away. It was everything we expected and was easy to put on. It has been working well for him and has made movements easier and less painful.

I didn't like the wear of this item, and it did not feel good with the copper piece of metal behind my back. I felt pain when wearing it so for my situation it did not work out for me. my back muscles were not healing and actually became worse or just didn't get stronger. By not wearing the brace the doctor told me that my muscles will become stronger over time without any brace. After about 2 weeks or more of not wearing the brace my lower back muscles did improve as the doctor said. So, for me this is why this particular brace for my issue did not help me much at all.
