This spray starts working really quick. Within a few minutes my nose was already unclogging, which made a huge difference when I was dealing with a bad stuffy nose and sinus pressure. The scent is strong like most Vicks products, but I actually don’t mind it because it feels like it’s doing something. It also has a slight cooling effect that helps you feel more open right away. Sleep quality was honestly way better when I used this before bed. I could actually breathe through my nose instead of waking up every couple hours struggling. Ease of use is simple just a quick spray and you’re done. No mess, no complicated steps. I also didn’t have any skin irritation or burning feeling afterward. For value for money, the 2-pack is a lot. It lasts a long time even if you use it regularly during cold season. Duration-wise, it gives solid relief that lasts through the night for me. It just works fast and does exactly what you need when you’re really congested.

This stuff works wonders. It uses the same active ingredient as Afrin so beware of rebound congestion if you use it for too long. Clears me up within minutes

I've used another product (same ingredients) for a long time. The word Sinex does not have an 'A' in it like the other leading brand. Same price. Works great. And this will last a heck of a lot longer. Sinex knows how to spray a mist with enough medicine to get the job done. This will likely cut my costs at least in half....maybe more. (And with this I can actually see what's left in the bottle.) Great product. The other is a working product, don't get me wrong, but it doesn't last long. You know, the other one that ends in an 'n'.

Works great, but gives my autistic son what can only be described as “zoomies”. Makes him hyper for about an hour, then drops off.

I don't know what kind of scientific magic they are doing over at Vicks, but these nasal sprays work so darn good! They work way better than Flonase, or those oil type inhalers. I could have the WORST stuffy nose, and 1 spray of this clears it up in 5-10 minutes, and it lasts for HOURS, sometimes into the next day. Best nasal spray, EVER!!!
