Absolutely perfect
I'm a night owl, and often end up going to bed when it's starting to get light out - or needing to sleep in the middle of the day. I also can't sleep without noise. This eye mask has been perfect. The speakers are mobile, allowing you to adjust their position for the most comfort and best sound. The gel pad ensures that the control unit is not pressed into my forehead, while keeping my eyes warm or cool as required. The strap at the back doesn't pinch or dig into my head. Absolutely recommended.

Its good and bad at the same time
I really wanted to like this mask, but to be honest it has both good points and bad. Its not the easiest to wash as its tricky to remove the electronics. Thankfully the Bluetooth is the very first option your presented with as you switch it on, it immediately starts to pair with your device. However it only has 3 buttons all of which have multiple functions that will frustrate you should you want to listen to any of the 20 pre installed white noise or 4 relaxing melodies. Its just a nightmare to try and navigate and much of that pain can be removed with an extra button to shift between modes instead the play button is also the pause button (no surprise) it is also the power button for on and off as well as changing between the various modes ... all from the one button really it needs a mode button to remove the headache in forever unintentionally turning it off and then trying to turn it back on again. For sleeping and once you get the set up done, the speakers are fine, they wont excite you to dance bloodlessly around the house but provide a nice crisp sound. The strap is just horrible and fiddly. My advice is to pre-set the mask to your head size so that it feels comfortable. Leaving the clasp attached to the elastic simply stretch it on and off again. Most of the problems with this product is the functionality and navigation of the different modes. Had this just been a simple speaker to Bluetooth and not having the white noise mode or to have them with a mode button would have made all the difference and this review would be more positive - however as it stands I probably wont recommend it.

Decent in-built sounds, OK music reproduction - hard to remove electronics, and uncomfortable clasp
First, I would say the usefulness of the included cooling / warming gel pack is questionable. You are best advised not to go to sleep with the gel pack in, in case it punctures, and there aren't any instructions on how to warm or cool it included. The main product - the mask - is reasonably well made. The interior surface, which will be on your eyes, feels slightly rough in the hands, but actually feels fine on the face.I personally find the mask quite tight even when fully loosened, so it may not be useful for larger heads. I take a M/L in hat sizes. The Bluetooth pairing was easy, and the sound reproduction is clear, although quite trebly. This probably means you'll need to adjust the equalisation on your phone or tablet if you're planning to use it for BT a lot.The built-in sounds are surprisingly good, and very varied, including a campfire, several pieces of music (probably not for me!), a busy restaurant (again not my choice), and various kinds of white noise as well as wildlife sounds like birdsong and cicadas. You'll probably need to adjust the built-in speakers - they're not earpieces, but they will go over or near your ear with a little adjustment.Controls are easy, and the instructions are clear and easy to understand, although they're printed in a very small font. Some people may really need a magnifying glass to read them! The electronics need to be removed to wash the mask, so I tried to remove them. If you look closely, one of the pictures shows the controls removed, and slightly damaged. This is because the controls were *glued* in place (even though the instructions tell you to remove them...), and some of the glue is still visible on the control box. The on-off button came close to breaking off, so you'll need to be very careful when removing them if you buy them.Charging the item is via an old Micro USB socket, so it will be slower than USB C charging. I can't comment on usage time yet, as the battery hasn't discharged for me so far, although I've only used them for an hour or so at this point. The mask does seem to keep the light out, although the nose flap isn't the best, and the clasp at the back is a metal hook, and may be uncomfortable for a back sleeper, especially with short hair like me.Overall, I think the product is worth three stars. It certainly works, but build quality is only reasonable, and the difficulty of removing the controls (and the damage caused in doing so) means I don't think they'll last long. The current price seems a little high for the quality for me.
